Argan climbing goats in Agadir

 

The argan tree [Argania spinosa] is a spontaneous and xerophilous species endemic to the Western region of Morocco on a small strip of arid land between the Atlantic coast and the Atlas Mountains.(around Essaouira, Marrakech, Taroudant, Tafraout, Agadir until Sidi Ifni). The fruit’s pulp is what attracts the goats to the argan trees.
 
Those climbing goats can be seen during day trips from Agadir to Marrakech.

Morocco consecrated “World best picturesque country” in New Delhi

 The Kingdom of Morocco received the “Best picturesque Country in the World” award at an event organized on Friday last 17th February in New Delhi by the Indian travel magazine Travel Jingles .     The award was presented to the representative of the Moroccan Embassy in New Delhi, by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in India, the Ambassador of Eritrea.
